Mr. Prem Piyasachadesh, Founder and President of PEITA, is a Thai person. He has a Thai nationality and an Indian descent, and practices Sikhism, a religion through faith. He fuses Thai and Indian cultures into his way of life to the present day and passes it on to the next generations as well. Mr. Piyasachadesh has used the differences in his appearances has a unique point in fostering relationships with everyone on the foundation of love, honesty, compassion, and understanding. Mr. Piyasachadesh believes in planting the seeds of goodness and passing on these seeds to everyone. His unwavering character had gained recognition by both Thai and Indian private and public sectors. These seeds are still being handed down from one person to another to connect good relations between the two countries to this day. 

Indian people do not only live in India; they are spread out across various countries around the world. Though most are business owners, the occupation that they are skillful at and runs through their blood from generation to generation is: importer / exporter, forming a hub of wholesale and retail distribution. However, it is also to be noted that many Indians are also expertise or recognized in the business, finance and investment fields. As the Indian culture places an importance on communicating and maintaining relationships, Mr. Prem uses his Thai identity of Indian descent as a strength in connecting businesses by acquiring opportunities to sell products, services, and investments for Thai people to global market.

All of this resulted in the formation of trade association, promoting exports and investments on the basis of norms, consisting of love, honesty and understanding, which expands towards international business opportunities.
